Les représentants des institutions disposant d'un portail HAL se réuniront le 1er juillet.

Instance de la nouvelle gouvernance du CCSD, cette Assemblée des partenaires regroupe l’ensemble des établissements de l’ESRI français disposant d’un portail HAL.
|
|
Cette première réunion a pour objectifs d’élire ses représentants qui siègeront au Comité d’orientation et de définir ses axes de travail.
|
|
La vocation de cette assemblée est en effet de relayer les besoins des institutions en tant qu’utilisateur de HAL, de favoriser l’échange d’informations et le partage entre établissements.

Body of the new governance of the CCSD, this Partners assembly gathers all the institutions of the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research with a HAL portal.

The objectives of this first meeting are to elect its representatives to the Orientation Committee and to define its lines of work.

Indeed, the vocation of this assembly is to relay the needs of institutions as users of HAL, to promote the exchange of information and communication between institutions.

« L’archivage pérenne dans HAL n’est pas un choix, mais une nécessité inscrite dans la politique science ouverte de l’établissement », écrit Alain Schuhl, Directeur Général Délégué à la Science du CNRS dans un courrier adressé aux chercheurs et chercheuses fin avril. Il encourage à déposer dès maintenant le texte intégral des publications en prévision de la campagne CRAC.

"Long-term archiving in HAL is not a choice, but a necessity included in the establishment's open science policy", Alain Schuhl, Delegate General Director for Science at the CNRS, writes in a letter sent to researchers in April. He encourages to deposit now the full text of the publications in anticipation of the CRAC campaign.

Cette formation en ligne de 2h30 s’adresse aux référents structures et aux gestionnaires de collection, afin d’aider à prendre en main et à exploiter au mieux ces deux rôles dans HAL.
|
|
La formation permet de faire un point sur les privilèges utilisateurs dans HAL, sur la gestion et l’utilisation du référentiel structures, sur la gestion et la mise en page des collections et enfin sur l’exploitation des données dans HAL.
